At Key Stage 4, students at Sheffield Springs Academy follow a broad and challenging curriculum designed to help them achieve excellent outcomes and open doors to future education and career pathways. Our curriculum balances GCSE subjects with a wide range of option choices, allowing students to personalise their learning while building strong foundations in essential subjects.
We encourage all students and families to explore our latest KS4 Options Booklet for full details of each course and guidance on making choices.

*Please note: students can only pick one art subject within their options.
PSHE is delivered across the curriculum and through dedicated ACE Days, helping students develop essential knowledge, confidence and life skills.
Option subjects may change slightly each academic year. Any updates will always be shared clearly with parents, carers and students before the option selection process begins.
