School meals at Sheffield Springs Academy are provided by Caterlink.
ScoPay - Cashless Catering
We operate a cashless catering at Sheffield Springs Academy. Each student has a ScoPay account which parents can access online to credit with funds. If parents have not used ScoPay before, they need to obtain a code which will enable parents to register as a new user with ScoPay. If you have not received your ScoPay login code, please contact the academy via email@example.com

Free School Meals
If you think your child may be eligible for free school meals, visit the Sheffield City Council website here or telephone 0114 273 4567. If you are eligible, Sheffield City Council will notify us and your child’s account will automatically be credited each day with the free school meal amount each day.
If your child has food or drink above the free school meal value, you will need to ‘top up’ their funds on ScoPay.
Free School Meals During Self-Isolation
If your child is self-isolating and is entitled to free school meals, we are still able to provide a meal for them during self-isolation. This will be in the form of a hamper.
If you require hamper for your child, please complete the form below.
When we receive your form we will send you a text message to confirm a time slot when your child's hamper will be available for collection from school.
If your house-hold is isolating you can nominate a friend or relative to collect on your child's behalf.
We cannot arrange delivery for you. All hampers must be collected from school.
Face masks must be worn when entering the school premises.
