"Be determined to succeed" has been adopted this year at our mission statement for Business and Enterprise at Sheffield Springs Academy. Due to the investment in time by dedicated staff, we are beginning to see pupils demonstrate enterprising capabilities, which will assist them in sustaining 'effective leadership skills' in the future.

Our Enterprise Policy Statement

Sheffield Springs Academy will provide opportunities for all students to participate in Business and Enterprise education and encourage enterprising behaviour wherever possible.

The role of specialism (Business and Enterprise and Performing Arts) will be to support the curriculum and provide extra-curricular opportunities and experiences whilst promoting the importance of employment, skills and qualifications to our young people.

We hold the highest aspirations for all of our students with regard to their potential, both academically and as citizens in our community.
Enterprise education in our shcool will support the development of the following learning outcomes for our young people:
