How do I apply?

For Year 11s at Sheffield Springs Academy

If you are currently a student at Springs you can apply for the Sixth Form directly using the application form contained within our prospectus or available in school via the Sixth Form office.

Application forms should be completed and signed by students and parents/carers and returned directly to the academy by 31st January. They should be returned to Melissa Hodgkinson at Springs.

For Year 11s from other Sheffield Schools

We also very much welcome applications from students from other schools.  The Academy's Sixth Form is part of the Sheffield Sixth Form Schools Common Application process.  A common application form is available through your own school and this should be completed and returned by 31st January.

For all Year 11 students

In all cases it is a good idea for you to make sure that the right course is available for you.  Also talk through your plans with your Connexions Personal Adviser, with your parents/carers, and with teachers at school.  Our open evening for 2011 is on Thursday 10th November 6.00pm - 7.30pm.
