Certificates

Certificates are presented in person where they are collected and signed for.

Certificates may be collected on behalf of a candidate by a third party, provided the candidate has given written consent to the Lead Exams Officer.

Certificates are not withheld from candidates who owe fees.

The Academy retains certificates for one year.

The policy is next due for review on 31st August 2011.
