Science Club
Every Wednesday between 3.00 and 4.00, under the supervision of experienced science teachers Miss Biwott and Mr Thomas, you can find our budding scientists carrying out a wide range of activities and experiments. Through these events, they have become well practiced in electricity through human chains, making foods in strange and unusual ways, performing colourful chemical experiments and making fireworks. Let us not forget about making bath bombs for Mothers Day and setting their teachers alight!
The aim is to cover every part of science, in the most engaging way possible - Biology, Chemistry and Physics - though we do stray into other subjects from time to time. At the moment our budding scientists are working with the Art department to design a garden.
Though fun is priority, safety is paramount. You will notice that uniform is altered for safety reasons.
So, if you enjoy the practical side of science, come along and take part in the Bunsen burner fuelled fun!
Everyone is very welcome!
