Exam policy - Certificates

Certificates are presented in person where they are collected and signed for.

Certificates may be collected on behalf of a candidate by a third party, provided the candidate has given written consent to the Qualifications Co-ordinator.

Certificates are not withheld from candidates who owe fees.

The Academy retains certificates for one year.
