Successes over the past few years

Over the last few years, we have had some very successful competitors, teams and individual boys and girls.

  •  Richard Reeves – 100m South Yorkshire Champion and went on to Captain South Yorkshire at the English Schools Championship.
  •  Aden Flannagan represent Great Britain in American Football.
  •   Harry Williams – Sheffield Schools Cross Country Champion and went on to run in the English Schools Cross Country Championships.  Currently represents Sheffield Hallam 3rds at Hockey.
  •  Kirsty Johnson – Represent Sheffield City at the South Yorkshire Athletics Championship in Discus and Javelin.  Represents Sheffield United at Football.
  •  Cameron Barrows represented Sheffield at 100m in the South Yorkshire Championship.
  •  Zach Fenech and Renny Nasciemento plays for Sheffield Sharks Under 17 Basketball team.
  •  Liam Kime plays football for the young Owls and has had trials for the Sheffield Wednesday Academy.
  •  Lewis Fretwell has had trials with the Sheffield Wednesday Academy
  •  Ashley, Dominc and Nicole the Mixed Snooker Team that were runners up and played at the Cue Zone in the Crucible.


Success at PE


  •  Y10 (Current Y11) Football Team got to the final of the Sheffield Schools Cup.
  •  Girls indoor football team came Runners up in the Sheffield City Finals.
  •  Athletics our Y8 girls team got through to the city finals
 We have also had a lot of success from the classroom:-
  •  100% of the pupils entered for the BTEC National Diploma in Sport last year passed the course, one of whom scored 2 distinctions and a merit. 2 of them went on to University.
  •  100% of the pupils entered for the BTEC First Diploma in Sport last year passed the course at a pass grade or higher.  75%  went on to further/higher education
