Through small class sizes and links developed with local and national universities, and employers, students have every opportunity to develop and thrive in a close, nurturing environment.

The Sixth Form curriculum at Sheffield Springs Academy has been designed to specifically meet the needs of the students within our community and includes a full selection of A level courses together with a wide range of vocational programmes delivered through BTEC First, National Diplomas and Foundation courses.  The breadth of courses on offer is extended further through collaborative working with Sheffield Park Academy.

High expectations are placed on all students to work hard and fulfil their potential, acting as positive role models for younger students.  We expect Sixth Form Students to show leadership, maturity and responsibility and play their part in promoting the ethos of the Academy.
